These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BillM8 mobile application (the “App”), provided by Apps Foundry Labs Ltd (“AFL”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2) Use of the App

  • BillM8 is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
  • The App is designed to operate offline, and all data remains on your device.

3) User Data

  • All bills, expenses, and income data you enter stays locally on your device.
  • We do not access, transmit, or store your data.
  • If you uninstall the App, all data is removed from your device.

4) Intellectual Property

  • The App and all related content are owned by Apps Foundry Labs Ltd.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

5) Disclaimer

  • The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

6) Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7) Children

  • The App is suitable for all ages and does not contain mature content or ads.
  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for use by minors.

8) Changes to the App or Terms

  • We may update the App or these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9) Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
